Comms
As mentioned previously, we will be using WhatsApp as the main method for any immediate updates, news, and general day-to-day comms. If you aren't already on this please do get in touch and I will have you added. NB: those who are registered as Junior members have not been added - if you are the adult contact for a Junior member please let me know if you would like to be added to the WhatsApp group.

There are also 3 other WhatsApp groups as below - please drop me a note if you would like to be included in any of these:

  • KPSC Adult Coaching – please request to join

Door Code

' 5964 ': door code for access to the club house. This is a dedicated door code for squash members and will be valid for the whole of this year.

' C5964 ', code for the combination lock now installed to the door to the courts entrance. Once you've entered the code, rotate the handle of the cobination lock anti-clockwise to gain access.

Not receiving Email Newsletters?

  • Login and check you email address is correct.
  • Contact Us if you changed your email address.
  • Check you spam/junk folders (and mark the message as "not spam/junk" if you find it there).
  • Add "knolepark@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Contacts list or email address book.
  • Contact your email service provider and ask them why you're not receiving messages sent from knolepark@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.

Hotmail/Outlook Users

  • Login to your Hotmail/Outlook account.
  • Click Settings > View all Outlook settings > Junk Email
  • Add "mycourts.co.uk" and "no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Safe Senders and domains.

GMail Users

  • Go to Gmail Settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses. If "Knole Park Squash Club <knolepark@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" appears in the list of blocked addresses, select "Knole Park Squash Club <knolepark@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" and click "unblock selected addresses".

Other email service providers may have similar settings -- please follow their instructions. If not, contact their support desk and request delivery of messages from knolepark@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.
